Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.


Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or customs processing.


3. Shipping Costs

4. International Shipping

We currently ship globally. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during international shipping.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee the possibility of redirecting the package.
