1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• You will need to provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that:

• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

• If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item as per the above instructions and place a new order for the desired item.
